Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 25, 2026
The short version
WeekTab does not collect, store, or transmit any of your data. Everything stays on your device.
What data WeekTab stores
Your tasks, settings, and preferences are saved using Chrome's local storage API (chrome.storage.local). This data lives entirely on your computer and is never sent to any server.
Pro accounts
If you upgrade to WeekTab Pro, we collect your email address. This is required for account verification, sign-in, and transactional emails (such as purchase receipts). We do not use your email for marketing or share it with third parties.
What data WeekTab does not collect
Beyond the email address needed for Pro accounts, WeekTab does not collect analytics, usage data, personal information, cookies, or any form of telemetry. There are no third-party tracking scripts.
Third-party services
WeekTab loads Google Fonts (DM Sans and DM Serif Display) for typography. Google's privacy policy applies to that request. No other third-party services are used.
Permissions
WeekTab only requests the "storage" permission in Chrome, which is used to save your tasks locally. No other browser permissions are required.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the update date at the top of this page will be revised. Since WeekTab has no way to contact you, please check back if you're concerned about changes.
